As an active community member Pat has coached, been involved in many activities on the Westside of Cleveland and raised her children in Rocky River, Ohio. Kelly Patterson-Marketing Assistant

Kelly is Pat's daughter and has grown up watching her Mother build a successful Real Estate business. She helps coordinate all the details that promote the Team listings. Creates gorgeous flyers, advertising, photos, listing paperwork...etc.


Barbara Gifford- Marketing and Technology Coordinator

Barbara has worked with Pat for 4 years handling marketing and technology. She brings over 15 years of marketing, sales and technology experience to the team. Barbara and her family live in Rocky River and are active in the community and schools. Her skills in marketing, website design, and internet marketing have helped in many ways to promote listings and organize the team.


Trisha Brown- Licensed Agent, Eco Broker

Trisha completed her Eco-Broker designation in June, 2008 to assist the Team in serving the growing residential market interested in energy efficiency and environmentally responsible housing. In addition to working with the Patterson Team, Trisha is the owner of Housing Futures, LLC created to renovate viable housing stock making it energy efficient, incorporating environmentally sensitive and sustainable products and methods. Trisha serves on the Rocky River Planning Commission and is a board member of Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry Men’s Shelter.


Sharon Trnavsky - Team Stager

Staging a home effectively can make a huge difference in this competitive market. Sharon puts her special touches on the team listings to make sure that every home looks the best that is can.
